Requirements:

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT, including spreadsheets and MS Office.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective students and their families.
Residency: Must reside in Mardan.
Experience: Prior counseling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

As an Admissions Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction: Greet and meet customers, understand their profiles (qualifications and experiences), and guide them towards suitable universities and courses.
Information Provision: Provide timely updates and information regarding the admission process to students/customers.
Coordination: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure each customer/student receives comprehensive support throughout the admission process.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to address their queries and concerns.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of all interactions and counseling sessions.
Event Participation: Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and other promotional events as needed.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide accurate advice to students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling background is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
