We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This full-time, office-based position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from branding and promotional materials to digital content creation for social media and web platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to think creatively and strategically while ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Produce visually appealing graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, banners, packaging).
Brand Identity Management: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of Gorofy Pvt. Ltd., ensuring all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communicating the company’s message effectively.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet both creative and business goals.
Conceptualization: Create original and innovative designs, including logos, illustrations, layouts, and other visual assets based on creative briefs.
Feedback & Revisions: Revise designs based on input from managers and stakeholders while adhering to project deadlines.
Print and Digital Expertise: Work on a variety of formats, understanding print production processes and creating digital designs optimized for various platforms.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure Gorofy’s designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Design Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of other tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking and design skills with an excellent eye for detail, color, and composition.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present design concepts effectively to different stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of work, including branding, print, digital, and web design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and web/mobile design.
Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing.
Knowledge of print production processes.
