Assistant Manager HR Operations

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR Operations at Gourmet Pakistan in Lahore. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

Partner with HR leadership to ensure organizational development aligns with HR and business strategies.
Oversee and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across production units to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of SOPs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with organizational goals and production objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage disciplinary actions and performance reviews in collaboration with management.
Foster positive employee relations and address workplace issues, acting as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and grievances.
Conduct employee surveys and implement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
