Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.

HR Administration:

Maintain HR records with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.

Training and Development:

Contribute to the planning and coordination of training programs.
Assist in tracking employee development and performance evaluation processes.

Compliance:

Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices for compliance.
Support in updating HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Recent female graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
