Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Optimization: Over 3 years of experience in creating, managing, and optimizing eBay product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates. Expertise includes keyword research, crafting compelling titles and descriptions, and ensuring high-quality images.
- Market Expansion: Research and identify opportunities for expanding brands into eBay marketplaces, particularly focusing on the American market, while ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and marketplace requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and advertising ROI. Provide actionable insights to the leadership team for both team performance and eBay operations.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor products and strategies on Amazon and eBay to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 4 years of managerial experience in listing products and relevant e-commerce experience.
- Proven experience in scaling brands and increasing revenue on Amazon and eBay.
- Strong knowledge of eBay Seller Hub, and experience with relevant tools.
- Familiarity with USA marketplaces and understanding of local regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with international shipping and logistics.
- Knowledge of eBay selling policies.
