We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This is an onsite position that requires working the night shift.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in Upwork bidding to secure projects and contracts for our organization.
Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and project needs.
Maintain a strong understanding of our services, capabilities, and target market.
Collaborate closely with our team to gather necessary information and insights for successful bidding.
Monitor Upwork trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine bidding strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder.
Demonstrated track record of successfully securing projects and contracts on Upwork.
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience working in night shifts is preferred.
Must be based in Karachi, Pakistan and able to work onsite.
