Qualification: Graduate/ Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Invoices.
Recording of receipts, payments, (bank & cash).
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Manage and maintain financial records of the company.
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Prepare and file tax returns.
Monitor and analyze financial transactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Generation of Debtors/Creditors aging report.
Ensuring month end closure and preparation of department wise P&L.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Proficient in all accounting transactions.
Maintaining accounting records, making copies of supporting documents, filing documents, etc.
Handling petty cash and bank deposits (cash / cheques, etc.)
Receiving and processing all invoices from suppliers, including reconciliation based on the Local Purchase Order (LPO).
Preparing of preforma and tax invoices, receipts, and credit control.
Assisting the Accountant in debt collection (via telephone or email), and preparing monthly Statement of Account for clients based on the debtors aging list.
Assisting and finalizing in the preparation of tax returns and compliance reports.
Performing other accounting and finance-related duties as required and annual audit.
