Hadron Solar, a leading Solar Energy end-to-end implementation and consulting firm, is seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding existing accounts.

As the Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients and working closely with our sales and engineering teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' needs. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in engineering, sales, and project management. You must be an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will report to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development in the solar or renewable energy industry.

Skills:

Technical expertise: You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients and working closely with our sales and engineering teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Sales and business development: You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, by visits and cold-call methods, as well as managing and expanding existing accounts.

Project management: You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to project delivery and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Interpersonal skills: You must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Analytical skills: You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and provide insights to help improve future sales strategies.

Presentation and communication skills: You must be able to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
