- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute daily maintenance tasks without disrupting operations.
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected failures.
- Assess and upgrade the skills of maintenance staff through targeted training programs.
- Implement measures to reduce breakdowns and improve overall equipment efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Executive Mechanical and Maintenance HOD on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Maintenance HOD or immediate supervisor.
