- Production plan daily, weekly, monthly, and annually confirmed and generated requirements for execution.
- Define daily, weekly, monthly, and annual plant capacity.
- As per the production plan ensure T-1 material availability and accordingly execute the plan.
- Production analysis is clearly defined according to GAPS, either from material, machine, quality or any other side.
- All related SOPs with production, quality, material, and machine should be implemented, if any GAP report to the concerned dept.
- All safety measures related to employees, products, and equipment should be ensured.
- Any change in process, equipment, molds, or dies work planned with the concerned dept.
- All related reports, workforce requirements and availability, Consumables, KWH controls or any GAP in the production process report to the Production head.
- On a daily basis reconcile FG with the system (Location-wise) to logistic location and sign the document.
- Any task assigned by the production head or factory head should be completed within the timeline.
- Ensure 6s as per layout.
- Support and execute Monthly Closing with the PPMC Team.
