- Review key tasks daily and monthly in coordination with operations to ensure timely completion and address issues.
- Evaluate business and assurance plans, align them with operational goals, and recommend adjustments based on real-time performance.
- Compare budgeted costs with actual expenses, identify variances, and suggest strategies to control costs.
- Analyze production reports to track efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor KPI performance against targets, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Conduct ISO internal audits, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Compile and analyze data from Material Planning and PPC teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to operations.
