1. Execution of producion plan ( Daily, weekly, Monthly) and submit report to the production data analyst.

2. Update daily basis material status & share with data analyst.

3. To make rejection report & coordinate with LQC & LQA Team & remove rejction on daily basis.

4. Control Production losses as per define tragets.

5. Coordinate with maintenance for equipment problems solutions, repairing and preventive maintenance.

6. Reponsible to maintain 6S as per define layout.

7. Responsible to make corrective action on processes based on quality feed back or any diversion with standard.

8. To follow production time schedule and monitor UPH.

9. Responsible of maintaining quality during process.

10. Material assurance on WIP for ensuring smooth production.

11. Responsible of parts rejection damage control and timely prepare NCER and shifting to its location.

12. Provide on job training for new hired workers.

13. Resposible for UPMH control.

14. End of shift confirm to swtich off the proceses before the leaving.

15. In case of any emergency infrom to immediate Head.
