Follow up on tasks assigned during meetings to ensure timely completion and effective execution.
Collect and compile data for upcoming meetings to support stock management decisions.
Plan and execute weekly stock take meetings with relevant Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and management.
Conduct variance analysis after stock take activities, identify discrepancies, and implement adjustments with SBUs and management.
Lead weekly overage material meetings with management and coordinate with PPMC Heads, R&D, and Quality teams to address overage issues.
Ensure that execution plans are followed through by conducting regular follow-ups with stakeholders.
Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for each weekly session to maintain alignment and track progress.
Manage monthly stock take execution, including conducting GAMBA visits for stock verification, overseeing physical stock counts, data punching, and evaluating stock take activities for continuous improvement.
Any other task assigned by Hods
