Key Responsibilities:

Field Implementation and Supervision:
- Oversee and coordinate field-level activities related to WASH interventions, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Supervise community mobilization efforts to ensure effective participation and ownership of project initiatives.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance to community members and field teams during the implementation of water supply schemes and sanitation activities.
- Monitor the installation and maintenance of WASH infrastructure to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Community Engagement:
- Facilitate community meetings and training sessions to raise awareness about hygiene, water conservation, and climate resilience.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and the community to address concerns and feedback.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, identify challenges, and ensure quality implementation.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including data collection on project indicators, to the project manager.
Coordination:
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government departments, community leaders, and partner organizations, to align project activities with local needs.
- Ensure effective communication between field teams and the central project management team.
Capacity Building:
- Support the training of community volunteers and local groups on WASH practices and disaster risk reduction strategies.
- Encourage the adoption of climate-resilient practices in water management and hygiene promotion.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all field activities adhere to HDF’s policies, donor requirements, and applicable safety standards.
- Promote environmentally sustainable practices during project execution.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks related to project implementation as assigned by the Project Manager or Coordinators.
