The incumbent is responsible for leading Admin, Security and HSC team of the bank to ensure optimum efficiency, maintaining standards nationwide, support the Bank and staff over the issues of admin, Security & HSE and provide guidance in accordance with the regulations and ensure adherence towards necessary compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand, plan, oversee and direct repair and maintenance procedures and operations relevant to bank functioning.
  • Directing the activities of security personnel to ensure protection of an organization’s physical assets, properties and resources.
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures in an effective manner.
  • Ensure implementation of health and safety policies and procedures to protect employees against workplace hazard.
  • Monitor expenses and control budgets for security operations as well as plan security operations for specific events.
  • Manage optimum level of Admin, Security & HSE standards, services and support quality with efficient delivery TAT.
  • Discover and Manage all Admin, Security & HSE hazards, breeches, weaknesses observed during premises reviews. Ensure timely resolution of complaints raised by the Staff and Branches.
  • Develop mechanism to ensure proactive handling of Security & Safety support to Business.
  • Ensure strict compliance to Bank Policies / Processes and directives / circulars issued by SBP, PBA and LEAs.
  • Keep liaison with public law enforcement agencies and fire department and respond to emergencies and alarms in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure the supply of security tools and equipment to carry out the security operations.
  • Develop and advice Admin, Security & Safety Policies and procedures to ensure Business Continuity.
  • Budget forecasts for repair and maintenance and utilization of budget for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitoring and curtailing repair and maintenance expenses to remain within budget.
  • To implement expansion plan and renovation works through appointed vendors.
  • To ensure provision of all administrative services including routine stationery and utilities to the branches.
  • Provide guidance to real estate staff in shortlisting and selecting premises for bank branches and offices. Direct and guide general services provision, repair and maintenance, utility bills scrutiny, analysis, curtailing expenses on utilities and processing payment.
