Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Sales Performance

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing local marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
  • Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and service levels

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote customer engagement through workshops, events, and community outreach initiatives.

Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of health-focused products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and handle any discrepancies in deliveries.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Financial Oversight

  • Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Utilize social media and community outreach to promote the branch and its offerings.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform future product development and marketing strategies.

Reporting and Communication

  • Provide regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Participate in regular meetings with regional management to discuss branch performance and initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management or sales, preferably in the health and wellness or consumer goods sector.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
