We are looking for a full-time, on-site female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be passionate about natural herbal products, skilled in customer interaction, and motivated to help drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and product information to customers.
- Generate sales and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle orders and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
