- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.
- Manage and monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR-related processes.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and documentation.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding processes including induction, ID creation, and orientation sessions.
- Support the execution of employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs.
- Coordinate the offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and final settlements.
- Maintain attrition data and support retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR operations are aligned with labor laws and internal compliance policies.
- Generate periodic HR reports such as headcount, attrition and attendance reports.
- Assist in audits and ensure proper record-keeping for compliance purposes.
