    • Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process.

    • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  4. Risk Management:

    • Oversee the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
    • Ensure the company has effective internal controls and financial processes to safeguard assets and minimize fraud.
    • Monitor external economic and financial trends that could affect the company.
  5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

    • Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs and strategic investments.
    • Oversee banking relationships and manage debt obligations.
    • Optimize working capital, and ensure efficient use of financial resources.
  6. Investor Relations & Funding:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and shareholders.
    • Develop strategies for capital raising, including debt and equity financing.
    • Present financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders.
  7. Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance department.
  8. Strategic Business Partnering:

    • Collaborate with other senior leaders (e.g., CEO, COO) to develop business strategies.
