Design & Development:
- Design mechanical components of lift systems, including cabins, pulleys, counterweights, and drive systems.
- Create technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications for manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, EN, and local lift safety standards.
Installation & Commissioning:
- Supervise lift installation projects on-site, ensuring timelines, budget, and safety guidelines are met.
- Perform load testing, speed verification, and quality checks during commissioning.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in lift systems.
- Recommend and implement preventive maintenance schedules and improvements.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and contractors during building construction and renovation.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure that all designs and installations adhere to national and international codes (EN 81, ASME A17.1, etc.).
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
