We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Ads Manager & SEO Expert to drive both our paid and organic search initiatives. This role involves managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns alongside developing effective SEO strategies to maximize online visibility, boost traffic, and improve conversions. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experienced in paid advertising across multiple platforms, and proficient in implementing SEO best practices to align with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ads Management:

    • Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
    • Optimize ad campaigns regularly for performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA), budget, and audience alignment.
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create effective ad visuals and copy.
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad elements to enhance performance.
    • Monitor ad spend and ROI, providing regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • SEO Optimization:

    • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and capture high-value search terms.
    • Develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings.
    • Optimize website content, metadata, and tag structure for improved search visibility.
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance and generate actionable insights.
    • Keep abreast of Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices to sustain rankings.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Analyze and report on both ad and SEO performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Provide strategic insights to the team based on data analysis, aiming to continuously optimize and align efforts with company objectives.
    • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a balanced approach between paid and organic growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of combined experience in digital advertising and SEO with proven success in increasing ROI and organic rankings.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
