You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing field marketing campaigns to support sales and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and digital marketing, to create and deliver impactful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute field marketing strategies to generate leads and support sales teams.
Plan and manage local events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other experiential marketing initiatives.
Partner with sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to enhance marketing efforts.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and influencers.
Create and distribute localized content, promotional materials, and marketing assets.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs.
Manage budgets and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
05 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willigness to travel as needed.
