As a Marketing Manager-Innovation & Growth, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful execution of brand campaigns, performance marketing initiatives, and international expansion efforts. This role requires strategic planning, risk management, and data-driven decision-making to drive impactful marketing outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & Execute: Develop and oversee project roadmaps for performance marketing, brand campaigns, and international expansion initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure projects stay on track and align with brand values.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, budgets, and timelines; adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential issues early, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain high-quality standards.
Stakeholder Updates: Provide clear, concise progress reports and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in project management, ideally with a strong marketing or digital focus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Marketing Know-How: Demonstrated experience with performance marketing, SEO best practices, and social media campaigns.
