Role Specifications:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for students.
Assess student progress and provide feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in ECCE education.
Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
Familiarity with ECCE curriculum frameworks and standards.
Experience implementing student-centered and inquiry-based teaching approaches.
Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.

Skills Requirements:

Specialized training in ECCE methodologies and curriculum development. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of written and spoken English.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
