Essential Duties:

Safely operate tractor backhoe loaders (TLB) to perform tasks according to project specifications and safety regulations.
Use TLB to excavate and backfill trenches, foundations, and other earthwork projects.
Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and construction debris using the TLB.
Operate the TLB to assist with grading and leveling terrain as required.
Perform routine maintenance on the TLB, including inspecting, greasing, and cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work tasks and ensure project efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storing tools and equipment properly.
Always follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a TLB Operator or similar role in construction or landscaping.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness (Dover test).
Certification or training in operating tractor-backhoe loaders is preferred.
Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
