Provide executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO and Senior Management. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. 

Act as a liaison to senior management teams.

Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the CEO’s calendar and activities to ensure high-value time utilization.
  • Brief/update the CEO on upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations.
  • Prepare materials for key external and internal meetings involving the CEO.
  • Draft documents or conduct research to further the CEO’s work in programs and development.
  • Review CEO’s email communications and assist in providing timely responses.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Communications, and Program teams to prepare the CEO for external meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Organize CEO travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Prepare briefing memos and updates on outstanding projects, identifying issues, and suggesting solutions.
  • Assist with or manage special projects such as PR, securing high-profile speaking engagements, and specific personnel and organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide regular operating status reports to the CEO and assist during operational reviews by following up on performance tasks and deadlines.
  • Act as CEO liaison, take minutes, prepare materials for Board reports, and assist in communications with the Board of Directors.
  • Support the CEO in dealing with confidential or sensitive personnel or other organizational matters.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to foster a success-oriented, high-integrity organizational culture.
  • Support the Senior Management Team as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 16 years of education (Bachelors/Masters), preferably with a social sciences background and an interest in national and global issues.
  • 1 year of experience in providing support to upper-level management in a related organization.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and skills in corporate governance/secretary-ship.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay updated in a rapidly changing field.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and drafting skills.
