Key Responsibilities

1.  Financial and Donor Reporting

  • Prepare all periodical and other financial reports of the region as and when required by the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper management of financial records at the Office.

2.  Review of Bookkeeping

  • Preparation of Payments to Vendors and suppliers in the Office.
  • Preparation of final Settlements of all regional staff employees.
  • Preparation of Health wellness plan workings for final disbursements to employees.

3.  Monthly and Annual Closing

  • Ensure Closing of monthly accounts.
  • Ensure Closing of annual accounts.

4.  Bank and Tax Reconciliation

  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts.

5. Compliance with laws and Regulations

  • Ensure withholding of tax at government stipulated rates and subsequent in-time payment of tax in the government treasury.
  • Ensure EOBI payment at government stipulated rates and subsequent in-time payment of EOBI system-generated vouchers in the bank.
  • Ensure compliance with the organizational policy while processing day-to-day payments.

6.   Facility Visits

  • Visit to  facilities e.g. Schools, CHCs, WFPs, and submission of visit report

7.  Income Report

  • To ensure the Recording of income received from donors.
  • To ensure CHC OPD/Lab/Screening camp income from CHCs and deposit in the bank
  • To submit income reconciliation report.

8.  Audit and Coordination with the Bank

  • To facilitate internal and external audit activity in the region
  • To keep correspondence with the bank for day-to-day transaction matters / signatory replacement / checkbook collection / bank statement collection / pay order transactions and online transaction processing details.

Any other assignment by the Supervisor /CFO at any time.

Minimum Requirement

Qualification: MBA/M.Com, ACCA 

Experience: 3 years prior experience including 2 years in Non-Profit Organizations in a similar capacity.

Account Software Skills: SAP Business One

Skill Set:

III.  High Integrity/ethics, and the ability to meet the deadlines
