Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer
Duty Station: Head Office Reporting to: Manager/Assistant Manager Finance

Position Description: Overall management of Head office financials
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial and Donor Reporting
2. Review of Bookkeeping
3. Monthly and Annual Closing
4. Bank and Tax Reconciliation
5. Compliance with laws and Regulations
6. HDF Facility Visits
7. Income Report
8. Audit and Coordination with Bank
Any other assignment by the Supervisor /CFO at any time.
Minimum Requirement
Qualification: MBA/M.Com
Experience: 5 years prior experience including 2 years in Non-Profit Organizations in similar capacity.
Account Software Skills: SAP Business One

III. High Integrity/ethics, and the ability to meet the deadlines
