We are seeking a skilled data entry operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The data entry operator will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in our system.

Responsibilities:

Enter data into our system accurately and efficiently
Verify and correct data as necessary
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entered
Adhere to company policies and procedures for data entry and quality control
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Participate in training sessions and meetings as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Word
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Knowledge of data processing and basic computer programming is a plus
