We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate with at least 1 year of experience in generating business through online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability in bidding, proposal writing, cold calling, and email marketing to drive new business opportunities in the digital services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Generate leads through bidding, submitting proposals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop project proposals.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain a database to track leads and project statuses.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends to refine bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development via freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of bidding, proposal writing, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred).
