We are looking for a highly skilled QA + System Flow Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience in both manual and automated testing. You will play a key role in ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality while optimizing and documenting system flows for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Analyze and document end-to-end system workflows to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and resolve issues.
- Use modern tools and methodologies to implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Monitor and report on application performance, user experience, and bug resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, test results, and system flows.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards for quality assurance.
