We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our insurance companyIGI . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have strong sales skills and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Present and sell various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide detailed explanations of policy terms, conditions, and benefits to clients.
- Process applications, documentation, and follow up on claims and renewals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance policies.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
