The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing our brand’s presence in the embroidery digitizing/ Custom Patches market. This role requires a combination of marketing prowess and industry knowledge to effectively reach and engage potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels including online research, industry events, and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain and update the lead database to ensure accurate and efficient follow-up.
- Emailing, Social Reachout or Cold Calling if Necessary.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our embroidery digitizing services.
- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to Work Night Shift
- Must have own convenience.
- Willing to Learn and a Can do Attitude.
