Infinity Corporations 360 is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This on-site position in Valencia Town, Lahore, offers a competitive base salary of PKR 35,000 and the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, ensuring timely responses.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
- Maintain and update the company’s appointment calendar.
- Provide information about the company’s services and offerings to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Handle any inquiries or complaints from clients and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or administration are a plus.
