Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  • Listen to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgmental manner.
  • Work directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
  • Provide one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment for career development.
  • Help students prepare for admissions applications and standardized tests.
  • Provide materials related to various career paths or counseling to align with students' skills.
  • Assess client profiles, documentation, and higher education applications to prepare robust files for visa management.
  • Ensure that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Possess knowledge of document preparation for Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Ireland for study permits and immigration processes.
  • In-bound and out-bound calling experience.
  • Lead generation and follow-up lead experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
