Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from potential clients and assist them with booking wedding events
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate options for the venue
Manage scheduling, availability, and payments for events
Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and the wedding hall team
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients' needs are met
Assist with planning and coordination of events as needed
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Professional and well-presented
Knowledge of event planning and booking procedures is a plus
