We are seeking a NestJs Developer to join our Backend team.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Node, NestJS, Design Patterns, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, and be able to take technical ownership of tasks.
They should also be able to break down high-level requirements into detailed requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
Follow Agile methodology to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Take technical ownership of tasks and ensure their successful completion.
Break down high-level requirements into detailed, actionable tasks.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure backend requirements meet frontend needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Ensure the application meets accessibility and security standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.
Implement and manage WebRTC and Socket.io for real-time communication features.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Node.js and NestJS.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, Material, Bootstrap, decorators, pipes, interceptors, two-factor authorization, JWT, and queues.
Experience developing and extending RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL databases.
Experience with WebRTC and Socket.io.
Familiarity with healthcare IT standards such as FHIR, HL7, and HIPAA is a plus.
Knowledge of Git version control and Agile methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a distributed or cross-functional environment.
Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Available to start ASAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications or courses in backend development.
Experience with other backend frameworks or languages (e.g., Express.js, Python, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
