- Prospect and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, freelancing marketplaces, email outreach, and direct sales.
- Bid on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, etc.), write compelling proposals, and close deals.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion.
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Proven success in client acquisition via professional networks, freelancing platforms, and outbound sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools & lead generation platforms (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, etc.).
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
