We are a leading organization in the healthcare sector, committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Credentialing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Conduct thorough background checks, including verification of education, training, licenses, and certifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the credentialing database.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline credentialing processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding credentialing activities and compliance status.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to credentialing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
4 to 7 years of experience in credentialing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of credentialing regulations and standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
