You will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by expanding the customer base with a target of onboarding 300+ new retail shops per month, while ensuring regular engagement with 180+ existing shops through coordinated visits.
The role involves leading and motivating the sales team, overseeing daily market visits, collaborating with distributors and the marketing team for promotional support, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.
Additional responsibilities include daily reporting, market and competitor analysis, customer issue resolution, and fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented culture aligned with the company's "One Team, One Goal" philosophy.
