PKR. 70,000 - 100,000/Month

Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports to the management.
Implement financial and accounting best practices and oversees critical accounting procedures to ensure legal compliance with financial reporting and banking regulations in Pakistan.
Preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports and interpretation of financial reports to the management.
Preparation of budgeting and forecasting and analysis of actual figures with budgeted.
Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
Maintain complete financial data and documentation of the company in sorted and arranged form.
Maintains and revises accounting systems as needed.
Review financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly.
Supervision of all accounting data entry in the software on real time basis.
Assists and supports upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission.
Reviews and processes payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners.
Looks for ways to cut costs without impairing the long-term financial health of the organization.
Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency.
Monthly reconciliation with suppliers and customers.
Monitoring daily cash receipts and payments in compliance with company policy.
Financial data entry in the software on real time basis.
Monthly and yearly closing of accurate accounting data entries for preparation of complete financial statements.
Liaison with internal and external auditors.
Correspond with various other departments including HR, Sales, Production, Marketing and warehousing etc.
Monitoring daily data entries in company displays in various locations.
Working in off hours when required
