Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript.
Familiarity with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
XRM framework and SDK for Dynamics 365.
REST/SOAP web services, OData, and Azure functions for integrations.

Power Platform:

Power Automate for workflow automation.
Power Apps for building custom solutions and enhancing CRM functionalities.
Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Microsoft Cloud Technologies:

Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus for extending Dynamics CRM.
Dynamics 365 in the cloud (SaaS implementations).

Data and Reporting:

Experience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and SSRS reporting.
Familiarity with Dataverse for data management.

Integrations:

Custom integrations using Dynamics 365 API.
Experience with third-party connectors and middleware.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
Ability to work in agile or scrum teams.
