Social Media Marketing Lead

As the lead Social Media Marketing at Internative Labs LLC, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions for our clients. You will lead a team of social media specialists, oversee the creation of compelling content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maximize campaign success.

2. Brand Identity and Messaging:

Create and maintain brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Craft compelling and cohesive brand messaging that resonates with target audiences.

3. Visual Branding:

Oversee the design and development of visual brand elements, including color schemes, and design assets.
Ensure that visual branding aligns with the brand's essence and appeals to the desired market.

4. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of social media specialists.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring team members are equipped to excel.

5. Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media strategy and campaigns.
Collaborate with clients to define goals, KPIs, and campaign objectives.

6. Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media.
Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand and messaging.

7. Digital Advertising:

Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Optimize ad spend and performance through data-driven analysis.

8. Audience Engagement:

Implement audience engagement strategies that build brand loyalty and foster meaningful interactions.
Monitor and moderate social media accounts, responding to comments and messages.

9. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Generate regular reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

10. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teams, including creative, SEO, and Content Writers, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content creation software.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Exceptional client relationship management abilities.

Timing: Night(8pm-5am)

Transportation will be provided to female employees.
