Quality Officer

Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Quality Officer who plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards. This position focuses on maintaining high quality benchmarks throughout various stages of production and installation. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in quality assurance, process improvement, and risk management. They will conduct site visits to monitor compliance with IWM standards, inspect products, and work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong collaboration skills to address quality issues effectively and enhance operational processes.
Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits to project locations to monitor ongoing work and ensure compliance with Interwood Mobel standards.
Inspect products during various phases of installation to confirm that finishing aligns with the company's quality benchmarks.
Evaluate the quality of materials, products, and installations at every stage of the production process.
Identify and document any discrepancies or defects found during inspections, recommending corrective actions to ensure ongoing improvement.
Prepare and disseminate detailed Quality Assurance (QA) reports to management, summarizing findings, deviations, and potential areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and organized records of quality inspections to facilitate future reference and audits.
Ensure that all installations and products adhere to the predefined quality standards set by the organization.
Collaborate with various teams to swiftly address and resolve any non-compliance issues that arise during inspections.
Recommend and assist in implementing robust quality control systems and processes designed to enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support a culture of continuous improvement, aiming to raise quality standards across all areas.
