- Conduct regular audits and reviews of academic programs to ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
- Evaluate the quality of teaching, learning outcomes, and student experience through surveys, feedback, and assessments
- Ensure the institution meets the standards set by relevant accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and submit reports for accreditation renewals and external quality audits.
- Stay updated on changes in educational standards, and ensure alignment of curricula with industry best practices and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with academic departments to develop and revise curricula, ensuring alignment with quality benchmarks.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to faculty and staff to improve teaching practices and academic resources.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance databases and systems for tracking academic performance and program outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership, offering actionable insights to enhance institutional quality.
- Design and deliver training workshops for faculty and staff on best practices in teaching, evaluation, and quality assurance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence among faculty and staff.
