Job Title: Director – HR

Location: Islamabad

Gender: Male/Female

Salary on Probation: 400,000 PKR Per Month

Salary after Probation: 500,000 PKR Per Month

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business objectives and enhances employee engagement.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring their effectiveness.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives.
Oversee the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an inclusive and respectful workplace.
Implement data-driven approaches to analyze HR metrics and trends, informing decision-making.
Lead employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy enforcement.
Foster a culture of learning and development, identifying training needs and facilitating relevant programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR roles, with 8 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar are highly desirable.
