We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Expert to create, manage, and optimize all social media ads including Google, Twitter, Linkedin and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand's message, and scheduling/posting content on multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage effective Google, Twitter, Linkedin and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for Google Ads.
Analyze and optimize ad performance using analytics tools, regularly reporting insights and results.
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) including content planning, scheduling, and posting.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, and suggest strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign creation and optimization.
Solid knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
