The IT (Smart Technologies) Specialist will design, implement, and manage technology-driven solutions for development projects, focusing on smart systems and digital infrastructure. The role requires expertise in emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and data analytics to enhance project efficiency, service delivery, and urban management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement smart technology solutions, such as IoT systems, AI-based tools, and data analytics platforms, tailored to project requirements.
Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend upgrades or enhancements to support digital transformation initiatives.
Provide technical guidance on the integration of smart technologies into urban management systems, including transportation, utilities, and public services.
Develop and manage strategies for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with international best practices and local regulations.
Support the deployment of smart city solutions, focusing on automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and aligned with global standards to protect IT infrastructure and data.
Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to enhance IT capacity and ensure smooth project implementation.
Conduct training and capacity-building programs for project teams and stakeholders on smart technology adoption.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant Expertise:

Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions for smart technologies and digital infrastructure.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
Experience in IT systems for urban development, smart cities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
