Responsibilities:

Streamline and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Maintain and update petty inventory records
Address and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and coordinate operational activities.
Address operational challenges promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
