We are looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Supervisor to oversee our sweets and bakers shop operations. The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sweets and baked goods, strong leadership skills, and experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
Supervise and train shop staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure that products are prepared, displayed, and sold in accordance with company standards
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop
Implement and enforce health and safety procedures in the shop
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
Proven experience as a shop supervisor or similar role in the sweets and bakers shop industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A passion for sweets and baked goods is preferred
